Standard Diagnostic
During that time, we should be able to diagnosis your computer's problem and either fix it (if it is a simple fix) or advise you what needs to be done and how long that may take.

Our diagnostic also applies to the replacement/installation of common peripheral devices in desktops (CD/DVD drives, ethernet cards, etc.). As for laptops, labor is based on the amount of time needed to disassemble the laptop.

Virus & Spyware Removal
During a full virus, trojan, and spyware scan we remove every instance of spyware and viruses we encounter.

In the event that either a system is too infected to clean thoroughly or that the operating system has become corrupted from all the viruses and spyware installed on the computer, we will recommend to the customer that the system be wiped clean and the operating system reinstalled.

Reinstalling Operating System*
A reinstallation of your operating system is typically needed when either your system has a major hardware failure (like when a hard drive or motherboard dies) or some of the system files have been corrupted by viruses & spyware, bad RAM or power, etc. In such a case where the OS needs reinstallation, bringing in the original discs that you received with the system is beneficial. We don't just restore your data to the desktop either we put the files back where they belong, and restore you email and addresses. When you get the system back you should be almost back to where you were before your system crashed.

*Additional time will be charged for any backup needed before reinstallation.
